And what if plants, though devoid of brains, were wiser and better organized than we are? How can we communicate with them, if not through the language of forms and materials? These reflections have occupied the mind of architect and designer Patrick Nadeau since the early 2000s. His early research, which consisted of integrating plants into furniture or creating nomadic and modular gardens, quickly led him to create a bold and visionary movement: plant-based design, drawing schools, students, manufacturers and high-end furniture and object editors into the fold.
