OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION "HORIZONS" BY CLÉMENT THOBY - THURSDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2021

Clément Toby, Parisian illustrator and colour virtuoso, is exhibiting at Artazart this winter!

After studying animation at the EMCA in Angoulême, he worked on large animation productions, but above all he likes to immortalise the landscapes and wild compositions that he discovers during his travels.

Fascinated by the light, shadows and textures of trees, he first followed his own steps, even though Félix Vallotton and the Japanese Kazuo Oga, DA of the Studio Ghibli films, inspired his art.

With his striking colours, which are closer to impressionist painting than to illustration, he likes to create a path towards the unknown, a mysterious, peaceful and timeless atmosphere, which calls for a journey.

Clément has been exhibiting at Artazart for two years, but the "Horizons" exhibition is an opportunity to discover his new works in all formats, inspired by new landscapes.

See you on Thursday 18 November from 18:30!
