Since 1998, street artist Invader has been “invading” cities all over the world, skilfully placing his mosaics in the most incongruous places. Initially in the shape of crab-like aliens, they recompose themselves over the years, adding wings, antennae, and finally sometimes even taking the form of pop culture characters like Mario or Serge Gainsbourg. The Complete guide to the Space Invaders offers an inventory of this long-running work, with 4000 mosaics deposited internationally.
