Funny, lucid, hopeful, educational, down-to-earth, caustic, intimate, gourmet… In the fil of these fourteen visions of tomorrow’s cuisine, we sway between laughter and tears, and take in the sights. Whatever their tone or style, the stories converge on a fundamental message: food shapes society.
