DES FOURMIS DANS LES JAMBES

In this comic strip, André Derainne explores the airport as a vast playground, using the geometry of spaces, contrasts of gray and neon, the living and the inanimate. In this setting, he develops two narratives featuring travelers who alternate between day and night. The colors are revealed as the sun streams through the immense glass openings of this titan of cement and steel, to the delight of our eyes.

This book, produced entirely in ink on paper, is printed in four fluorescent offset direct tones. The hardback binding is hot-stamped, and a fluorescent green Pantone enhances the cover paint. All printed on Munken Print 115g, often used in our risographed books.
