"I develop large color plates, some of which are made up of pure colors from the tubes and others of color combinations, this allows me to both see how the colors work together, check how the colors will come out when printed, and also somehow archive them."

Léa Maupetit

Graduated in 2015 from a Typographic Design master at ECV, Léa Maupetit is a young illustrator who lives and works in Paris.

She creates with gouache and acrylic a colorful, joyful and humorous universe where dogs, doves and elephants with glasses smile at life. The café terraces and markets resound with the echoes of precious moments and the sun shines on nature and its fruits...

Lea exhibited at Artazart, "A Colorful Spring" in 2018.
