INVADERWASHERE

The latest publication from the celebrated street artist, @Invaderwashere is dedicated to Invader’s Instagram account. Constructed by the latter as a time capsule, it records his first and last ten years of Instagram publications, from October 22, 2013 to October 22, 2023. Giving physical materiality to digital data, the idea of this book is that these posts will remain consultable when Instagram, smartphones or even the Internet have disappeared and been replaced by other technologies: “Then, we’ll be able to browse this ‘instabook’, spreading out, testimony to ten years of an artist’s activities on the great social network of an era”.
