EXHIBITION VERNISSAGE “99 CATS AND A DOG” – AGATHE SINGER – THURSDAY, APRIL 4 FROM 6 PM

Agathe Singer grew up in a small Breton village by the sea. Her siblings’ favorite playground? A huge garden where mimosas, peonies and hydrangeas flourished and, in the midst of this teeming nature, cats.

First there was a lost cat, taken in, then a feral cat, terror of the garden, but also litters of kittens, hidden in hollow trees. Called Alphonse, Nez-rose and Nez-gris, Moufle and Pantoufle, all these cats drove the neighbor’s dog crazy.

After moving to Paris at the age of 17, this beautiful garden and its inhabitants remained etched in the illustrator’s heart. In “99 cats and a dog”, Agathe Singer recreates the Garden of Eden of her childhood, meeting the dog and all those cats with such eclectic personalities.

See you Thursday April 4 from 6pm for the opening of Agathe Singer’s exhibition “99 cats and a dog”
