VERNISSAGE DE L’EXPOSITION « UNE VIE COLORÉE » DE LÉA MAUPETIT – JEUDI 20 JUIN À PARTIR DE 18H

Living in Paris between a pianist and her dog Olive, Léa Maupetit has been drawing her life in gouache for ten years. With a degree in graphic design, the young French artist shares her little daily joys  in her illustrations: memories of travel, impromptu picnics, street details.

These moments of happiness are always linked to color, in which she has become a specialist. In the course of her drawings, the research of palettes and the choice of pigment combinations are refined, always in search of the right shade to convey the greedy red of the first strawberries, the bright orange of that Japanese storefront she loves so much or the rich greens of her spring walks.

It’s this colorful life, between everyday familiarity and wonderful change of scenery, that Léa Maupetit invites us to share.

See you on Thursday June 20 for the opening of Léa Maupetit’s exhibition “Une vie colorée” from 6pm!
