After a first illustrated Tour de France, in 2019, KIBLIND Magazine & Artazart renew their artistic operation for a colorful summer but without straying too far.
16 talented illustrators have been chosen, from their respective worlds, to image 16 new stages, between tourist highlights and obligatory detours.
“Détours de France” is a collection of 16 original creations that will allow you to travel from your living room, focusing in particular on side steps, side roads and so many inventive new looks to revisit major tourist destinations.
From Perros-Guirrec to the Chaîne des Puys, from Chamonix-Mont- Blanc to the Forêt de Brocéliande, via Bonifacio or La Montagne Pelée on the island of La Martinique, each stage has been assigned to a different artist, according to their style, in the form of a veritable carte blanche.
The 16 creations are printed in riso posters by the KIBLIND workshop in Lyon. Originating in Japan, this artisanal cold printing process is renowned for its vibrant spot colors and natural, solvent-free inks.
Vernissage Thursday June 25 from 6pm!
