Since 2000, ARTAZART has been the initiator of several competitions based essentially on a playful introduction to new photographic techniques. For the summer of 2011, it seemed logical to us to propose a new competition based on the use of the Polaroid, the all-category champion in the creation of unique, instant images. Enot only is it a huge hit with the public, it also appeals to artists in all fields. Patti Smith, famous poladdicte, has been combining music, poems, drawings… and Pola for years! That’s why she’s honored to be the patron of this new contest.
