Patti Smith, the grande dame of rock, needs no introduction. However, her work as a photographer remains little known, despite the success of her “land 250” exhibition at the Fondation Cartier in 2008. In November, she completed her French touraise, during which she made a point of sharing with her public the romance she has forged with France, through 30 prints of her polaroids exhibited at concert hall entrances. Artazart is honored to present today the snapshots of the former bookseller to conclude this atypical exhibition from March 15 to April 15, 2012.
