After After Party and Gentlemen’s Club, Francois Prost continues his work of photographic inventories, in which he collects the storefronts of festive venues, from France to America.

Club Ivoire brings together a collection of photographs of Ivorian nightclub facades, taken in 2023 in the Abidjan and Yamoussoukro regions. Offering a fresh look at these nocturnal venues, the façades are shown here neutrally, in daylight, without the artifice of neon lights. François Prost thus makes an objective assessment of the party culture and its codes, but also of the Ivorian landscape today.

As part of the Rencontres photographiques du 10e program, François Prost will be present at Artazart on Thursday October 26 for a meeting-signing from 6 to 8 pm.
