Gil Rigoulet began his career in 1975, and in the 1980s became the first regular photographer for the newspaper “Le Monde”. He worked there for twenty years and also published in “Géo”, “Grands reportages”, “Elle”, “Sunday Time”, “La Stampa”, “El Pais”…

In parallel, long-term personal projects take him on the roads of Europe, North America and Asia, where he photographs rockers and jazzmen as much as landscapes, often in black and white, sometimes in color.

It was in 1984 that Gil Rigoulet discovered aquatic photography and began working on the body and water. His images of the Molitor swimming pool and its bathers are familiar to all lovers of photography.

To joyfully celebrate our reopening and allow you to give lovely gifts for Christmas, Gil Rigoulet will be coming to sign his new photographic prints.
