The city of Chongqing, one of China’s largest, has recently seen some of the country’s most rapid development. Tim Franco, a French photographer living in Shanghai, has been following this mad mutation since 2009. Today, his book METAMORPOLIS presents itself as a rare photographic document, resulting from 5 years of shooting.
