“A travers”, Tom Haugomat’s latest book, is the story of a life told in four colors, talent and sobriety.
From the womb to heart failure, the years fly by as the pages turn, offering us an incredible journey through time.
A masterful work that will go down in the history of illustration!
Tom HAUGOMAT was born in Paris in 1985, and quickly became interested in drawing and its narrative potential. He discovered his passion for the moving image at the Ecole des Gobelins in the “Design and production of animated films” section. There he also met Bruno Mangyoku, with whom he worked on the short film Jean-François (Arte, 2009). À travers is his second album for Éditions Thierry Magnier, following Hors-pistes where he illustrated the text by Maylis de Kerangal. He works mainly for the press (Dada, Portrait, Transfuge, and abroad for The New Republic). He recently contributed to Citrus magazine, published by L’Agrume.
