Confirming that the most beautiful journeys are made within oneself, Clément Thoby has been illustrating never-before-traveled landscapes for many years. Day or night, he cheerfully crosses the 9844 kilometers that separate France from Japan, using his imagination and his grease pencils, of which he has become a virtuoso.
In his illustrations, we take a boat ride in Kameyama Park, climb the Sentier des Ocres in Roussillon, stroll along the Katsura River and sit facing Artazart on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin.
This summer, join him on this great parallel journey, from Paris to Tokyo, from Brittany to Fukuurajima !
See you Thursday June 22nd from 6pm for the opening of the exhibition “9844 km. A France-Japan journey” by Clément Thoby!
